Distribution: West of Cascades crest in Washington; northern British Columbia to northern California; Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Maine to Georgia; Quebec, Ontario.

Habitat: Damp forest.

Substrate: On bark of deciduous trees.

Conservation Status: Not of concern

Description:

Thallus greenish-grey, lobes 1-2 mm wide, puffed, with obvious perforations, lower surface black and without rhizines.
